Magnolia Farms was founded in 2020 by Chris and Stephanie Deliman shortly after the acquisition of the property which was formerly known as The Anderson Farms. The vision of Magnolia Farms was to create a unique barn venue which could be utilized in a variety of ways; whether it be weddings, vow renewals, birthday parties, bridal showers, or holiday events just to name a few. We’re in the business of creating memories that you and your guest will remember for a lifetime. We believe that every element of your celebration should be perfect, starting with the venue. The property is 27 + acres in total and has several types of animals on it, which help to enhance the ambiance of that country and farm feel while you visit.

OWNERS / OPERATORS

Since 2020, they have been the owners and operators of Magnolia Farms. Chris and Stephanie have known each other since 2008, while taking different paths along the way, they always maintained a strong friendship throughout the years which led them to one another during the pandemic. Stephanie is a veterinarian who successfully runs two privately owned veterinary clinics in the area with the help of her husband Chris. Stephanie is a 10-year non-Hodgkins Lymphoma survivor who was told she will never have children of her own naturally. In May of 2021, they were graced with a beautiful son, Christopher. Christopher (CJ) is their pride and joy and can be found usually running around the farm, helping with the daily chores, and causing chaos.

Lauren Deliman

EVENT COORDINATOR

Helping with daily operations of the venue beginning at the end of 2022, Lauren came on board full-time in the summer of 2023 to keep up with the demand. Lauren helps to create and plan all the new and exciting Magnolia Farm events you see and is the main one who sets them all in motion to make sure they go off “without a hitch.” Lauren is engaged and is to be married at the farm in December of 2023 to Derek, her fiancé. Lauren has a son, Landon who is 10 years old. Lauren brings years of excellent customer service, dedication, and professionalism to the farm. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys shopping, event coordinating and drinking Starbucks. While on the farm you can usually find her swatting at a bug, jumping from an animal making a weird sound or sweating from not enough A/C outside.
